The Light of the World...

Darkness surrounds and ignorance blinds too,

Leaving us helpless and wondering what to do.

When we look at the world and it's sorry state,

It's easy to think there's naught left but hate.
How can we change this?

And what can we do?

To stem the dark tide,

to help the light through.

This chore’s not beyond us,

we’re up to this task,

So what can we do?

I hear you all ask.
See in your mind, the world that you want,

Picture it clearly, don’t be nonchalant.

This world will respond,

to your mental hue, You see in reality,

this world’s up to you.
Fill up your vision,

with love and with light,

These are the things,

which help all our plight.

Refuse to give in,

to hate and to fear,

This world’s fate is ours,

let’s all persevere.
The world that we want,

it’s our role to see,

A world that’s a brim,

with sweet harmony.

With Love that abounds,

for all of mankind,

Now that is the task,

you must set your mind.
For we are the power,

and we are the key,

And we are the magic,

which sets mankind free.

No more will we wait,

no more will we bide,

Now is the hour,

we stand side by side.
So all come together,

all join in one voice,

In the name of salvation,

it’s everyone’s choice.

The light of the world,

I hereby decree,

Is the union of man in love and esprit.
